Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Elements Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.
We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
All our policies are designed to beenefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientelle.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

- Blow-dry service is not included with your technical service. It needs to be booked with your stylist or you can book express styling with an assistant for £22.00
- The prices are in order of level of stylist
- If you don’t know what colour service you require please DO NOT book online. It is better to call us to talk through your options: 0207 435 2004. After a quick conversation with our receptionist we’ll establish your needs or whether you need to come in for a consultation first.
- A skin test 2 days prior your appointment is required.
Our most popular service is our ‘cut and consult’ which allows us not only to get your hair in a healthy condition before we colour but also gives you a rush free ‘jamming session’ with your colorist for a full 45 minuets! - We take a £50 deposit for any appointments over £100 and then £100 for appointments over £200 (refundable if you cancel within 2 days notice)
